Christmas in Miniature - A Special Dollhouse
A Visit with the Clauses
This Celerity house kit was turned into a Christmas house complete with elves working in the attic. (Easier for Mrs. Claus to keep them in line by tapping a broom on the ceiling. They tend to get noisy!) That's when she's not chasing them out of the kitchen for stealing cookies. And then there's that guy in front of the fireplace...
A few decor notes: * The living room has LED's set in the ceiling molding around the room. The ceiling is glitter-painted cardboard. * The fireplace is made of stones and mortar. A stone floor in the attic? Well, with all that sawing... Easier to sweep, says Mrs. C. * Look familiar? There are the spying, lazy and worker elves, just like people.* My favorite scene: elves have a magic touch with animals of all kinds. * And even in miniature, Rudolph has a glowing nose. - See photos below.
