Great weekend at the Love is Murder Mystery Conference in Rosemont, Ill.

Saw some old friends, met some great new people, and touched base in person with the terrific team from Intrigue Publishing.

And.... the BIG NEWS!

GIRL Z: My Life as a Teenage Zombie was the Lovey Award winner for Best Paranormal, Sci Fi novel. WoW!!!!

New Zombie Flash story in Sirens Call EZine, Women in Horror Issue

I have another new flash story out! "The Perfect Gifts" is in the Feb. Women in Horror issue 13 of The Sirens Call Ezine.

It was fun providing a brief look at Spence, the cousin who infects Becca with the Z-virus in GIRL Z: My Life as a Teenage Zombie. The story (just over 300 words) provides a small glimpse into what his life might have been like post-zombie.
